We envision a world in which reverence, gratitude,
and care for the living Earth are central to the lives of all people.
We are a Welcoming Congregation
Unitarian Universalism is a caring, open-minded
faith community. We extend a warm welcome to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and
transgender (LGBT) individuals, families, and communities.
We are Dedicated to Lifelong Religious Exploration
Religious education in Unitarian Universalist
churches promotes the principles of the inherent worth and dignity of every
person, equality in human relations, and the goal of world community with
peace, liberty and justice for all.
We are Dedicated to Social Justice
At the heart of the Unitarian Universalist faith is
concern for social justice. For centuries, Unitarian Universalists have been on the cutting edge of
many progressive social issues and it continues that tradition.
We are a welcoming, spiritual community where people
gather to find their own paths to truth and meaning. We embrace freedom of
belief, engage in lifelong learning, and advocate for environmental
sustainability and social justice.
With its historical roots in the Jewish and Christian
traditions, Unitarian Universalism is a liberal religion that is, a
religion that keeps an open mind to the religious questions people have
struggled with in all times and places.
