Solid Like a Breath

As we move into the rush of family holidays — and all the complications that go along with it — what can we do to strive for balance? One poet writes, “There is a point where I stand without story, immutable and moved, solid as a breath in winter air.” What does it mean to be solid like a breath? We’ll explore different ways of understanding the balance in family systems, and how we might hope to be resilient even in the midst of chaos.
